- Other projects around the location. These two sections will be detailed further down into following three categories depending on their current status.
- Open for pre-order
- Commissioned and open for orders
- Houses arond the project location that have been commissioned within last 3 years.
Each project will include following reports:
- Project concept, specifics (advantage & disadvantage)
- Apartment layouts, general planning (exits, yards, green area, parking and etc.)
- Number of apartments
- Variety of area size and the number of rooms
- Project duration
- Sales order duration
- Sales methodology & specifics
- Sales number \in details\
- Number of barters, real sales and their ratio
- Sales price and sales order duration change history
- Price difference of new and secondary houses at the project location and etc.
